While there are websites that describe how to build speakers from common items, the implementation can require precision that can be frustrating for younger students, not to mention time consuming. We developed a kit that is based on simple 3D printed parts, which can be easily printed, and detailed instructions to ensure success for students, while still leaving opportunities for tinkering and open-ended discovery.
We have created a folder of resources that are FREE to use, including:
· Files for 3D printing the base and coil
· List of materials to purchase, including a shopping list
· Instructions on putting together the kits
· Student instruction handout
